In the pursuit of Global Excellence, the (temporary)
residence and good citizens of 444 Jefferson Street launched the “Global Initiative
for Varmints and Unappreciated Plants or GIVUP 2013 (pronounce AHHH!)
Through consequential planning and thoughtful goals, we have
plans to donated the property to the brute of Mother Nature and offer the home,
yard, and garage as a place of sanctuary and safety to all animals, plants, and
insects.
We are chagrined to announce that Phase One of three has
already been completed as of March 15, 2013.
Please check back often to see the progress and success
stories of the initiative from both the refuges and humans of the residence.
We thank you for your continued support and welcome you to
take part of “GIVUP 2013”.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! You know, your situation really is funny as I view it via Google chat from my non-infested home. We love the human residents of 444 Jefferson St., hang in there!
Remember Winston Churchill's famous quote," Never, never, never, never, never give up! Just put on a helmet and run like hell!". We begin your countdown to June. And just to be safe, keep checking your getaway boxes for mold!
What a worthy charity you are supporting! We shall send all our squirrels and varmints your way. I am glad, however, that you are moving your office and living quarters of said organizations to places other than the actual Refugee House!

p.s. Event planning is your niche. Brochure looks professional!
