I stumbled across a band that I like. the Pogues. They're from the 80s and frankly a little strange....but so am I.

Also, I went to a presentation with my doctor today about Genetic testing which assesses a woman’s risk of developing hereditary breast or ovarian cancer based on detection of mutations in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. It's pretty groundbreaking and completely awesome. There were muffins at the presentation.
